By accessing or using Pawsome in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing on Pawsome or contributing content or other materials to Pawsome, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND OUR LIABILITY

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions” or “T&C” or “Terms” or “Agreement”) along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website (hereinafter referred to as “Pawsome” or “Website” or “We” or “Us”), as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the Company and You (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “End User” or “Your” or “Buyer” or “Customer”).

All such changes, modifications, adjustments, amendments, and alterations shall be duly notified by Pawsome; however, it is the responsibility of the User to keep themselves updated regarding such modifications. Pawsome shall in no case be held liable in respect of such modifications. The User agrees to abide by all applicable guidelines, policies, rules, terms and conditions for availing the Services on Pawsome, which may change from time to time.

The Company owns no responsibility for disputes arising from transactions by third parties using your account/email or payments made by third parties.

Providing untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination. You agree to notify Pawsome immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

6. **PRODUCT INFORMATION, PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS**

While Pawsome strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event of errors, Pawsome may contact you for instructions or cancel your order. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Promotional discount codes may be issued for all or specified products, with only one code applicable per order. The Site may send administrative and promotional emails/calls regarding your account and purchases. Pawsome is not responsible for changes in offers or promotions. The Site takes no responsibility for third-party vendors’ products or services.

7. TAXES

You shall bear any applicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties, and cesses.

The parties to the contract are Pawsome (“the supplier”) and you (“the purchaser”). Payment must be made at the time of order, unless Cash-On-Delivery is selected. Contracts are formed only when Pawsome communicates acceptance of the order.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, SOFTWARE AND CONTENT

Pawsome owns all content available on this website. You may not copy or misuse content without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use terminates your license.

15. CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Cancellations by Pawsome: Pawsome may cancel orders for any reason and refund the amount charged.

b) Cancellations by You: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement. Orders already processed cannot be cancelled. Refunds may take 15-20 working days.

16. FRAUDS

Pawsome reserves the right to recover costs and initiate legal proceedings against fraudulent use of the Site.

17. **REDEEM VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES**

Limited-period vouchers and codes may be issued or cancelled by Pawsome at its discretion.

18. DISCLAIMER

Use of the Site is at your own risk. Dissatisfaction remedies are limited to stopping use of the website.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawsome, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action arising from your breach of these Terms, Policies, or any applicable laws.

22. TERMINATION

PET CHEFIN reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to Pawsome without any cause or notice. This may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with the User. In such an event, the Terms of Use shall come to an end. However, the Indemnification, Disclaimer, Governing Law/Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution and Privacy Policy shall survive such termination.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use constitutes the complete agreement and sets forth the entire understanding of you and the Pawsome as to the subject matter of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of this Agreement, and all provisions not affected by such invalidity shall remain in full force and effect. The headings contained in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the meaning and interpretation of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms of Use, the User agrees to have fully read and understood all the terms and conditions set out hereinabove.

Note: The Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 & Section 3-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require an electronic record to be authenticated with an electronic signature and also in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the user agreement for access-or-usage of the intermediary’s computer resource by any person
